Minneapolis Institute of Arts Myopia Exhibit open now through August 30th. We'll be handing out the LPs until they're gone, so if you make it to the exhibit the last weekend but can't get into the store until later, there's a chance you can still get one of these super cool releases.
In a body of work spanning over 30 years, Devo's Mark Mothersbaugh presents a unique combination of cultural criticism and personal expression through his drawings, films, paintings, sculpture, and music at the MIA. This retrospective of Mothersbaugh's career runs through August 30th.
Created by MIA, in collaboration with Mark Mothersbaugh, this limited-edition vinyl is being released to celebrate Myopia. MIA, our longtime neighbor, has partnered with us to get these cool records into the hands of Mothersbaugh fans for free. Share a picture from your Myopia experience to Instagram, Twitter or Facebook, tagging #myopiaMIA, MIA and Electric Fetus. Then, show your post to an Electric Fetus staffer (at the record counter) during business hours (9-9 M-F, 9-8 Sat, 11-6 Sun) to receive your copy. Supplies are extremely limited. One per person.
