In-store pick up option before Christmas

If you place a web order and choose "free/in-store pickup" for the shipping option, please note that the fulfillment time varies depending on available web department staff and the availability of product. Not all items listed on the website are in stock. Orders whose items are in stock may not be filled until the next business day.

You will receive an email from websales@electricfetus.com when your order is ready to pick up. We will call as well.

To check availability and arrange a hold for product to pay for when you arrive, you may call the music department directly at 612-238-3420 or the gift department at 612-238-3421.

If you wish to pick up your item at the Duluth store, note "Duluth store pick-up" in the comments section. There will be an additional day or two needed for Duluth orders to arrive at that store.

"Available to Order" on electricfetus.com does not necessarily reflect 'in stock' at our retail location, however it means we have quick order fulfillment (generally 2-3 business days). If you place an order for "in-store pickup" we will email you when your order is ready. It may take several days over a weekend or if the item isn't in stock. In-store pickup is for the Minneapolis location unless you request otherwise in the comments section.

Customs forms for international orders are marked as "merchandise" and we are not responsible for any additional customs fees when packages arrive at their destination country. Some items on our website aren't able to be shipped outside the U.S. Foreign orders for those items will be refunded.
