Dear Electric Fetus Friends,

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued support and well wishes while we have navigated these difficult times. This has been crucial for our survival and we are extremely grateful. The last 8 weeks have been full of challenges and unknowns but you all have kept our spirits bright.

It was announced this week that Minnesota retailers could implement curbside pickup. We want nothing more than to reopen and see our customers and community again, however due to many unforeseen factors, we feel it is best for the long term health of the company to maintain our current status.  The well-being of our customers, staff and community continues to remain our top priority and always will. We feel this is the best decision at this time.

There are many factors that have gone into all of our decisions since closing our doors due to COVID-19, and none of them have been taken lightly. This is not to say that we will not eventually open to curbside business, it’s that we need a little more time to navigate our new normal.

We will continue to be open online. You may order music, gift cards and gift department merchandise at www.electricfetus.com. If you are interested in audio equipment (for example turntables, speakers, headphones, etc.) please email info@electricfetus.com and we will respond as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience.

We also continue to plan for the future. We have created a preparedness plan, acquired all the cleaning supplies and protective gear needed to keep our staff safe, and have begun to install plexiglass barriers at our registers for the day that we hopefully can reopen in some capacity. But until then, stay safe, rock on and visit us online. We will see you in the aisles (or the curb) when the time is right.

Prices on electricfetus.com do not necessarily reflect the prices in our retail store locations.
"Available to Order" on electricfetus.com does not necessarily reflect 'in stock' at our retail location, however it means we have quick order fulfillment (generally 2-3 business days). If you place an order for "in-store pickup" we will email you when your order is ready. It may take several days over a weekend or if the item isn't in stock. In-store pickup is for the Minneapolis location unless you request otherwise in the comments section.

Customs forms for international orders are marked as "merchandise" and we are not responsible for any additional customs fees when packages arrive at their destination country. Some items on our website aren't able to be shipped outside the U.S. Foreign orders for those items will be refunded.
